Background
As part of their rebranding in 2009, Best Western International – the world’s largest hotel chain – decided to upgrade both the quality of their online training programs and hired Resolutions to help fulfill their vision.
Challenge
Convert the company’s signature customer service program, I Care, from an 8 hour live classroom session to an engaging 2 hour online course without losing the motivational and interactive aspects of the live classroom experience.
Result
Taped unscripted BWI instructors in a blue screen studio and combed with animation & graphics, to create a one of a kind online user experience in record time.
